Inside 18K Custom — Geneva 5-Axis CNC & Bespoke Horological Engineering
Architectural Metallurgy & 1:1 Authentic Reference Weight Engineering
18K CUSTOM was established for discerning collectors who demand uncompromising metallurgical authenticity, exact 1:1 factory reference gram mass, and Swiss Super Clone mechanical chronometry. Across our 774-timepiece archive spanning Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Vacheron Constantin, and Cartier, every monobloc case, bezel, and bracelet link is engineered on 5-axis Swiss CNC machining centers.
Each completed timepiece is individually certified on three laboratory instruments prior to release: a calibrated Mettler-Toledo analytical balance, a non-destructive Fischer XRF spectrometer, and a 6-position Witschi Chronoscope.
Every custom timepiece commissioned through 18K CUSTOM is CNC-machined from solid 18-Karat Gold (Au750) or 950 Platinum and documented on 4K video on a Mettler-Toledo laboratory scale and Fischer XRF spectrometer before insured dispatch.
How does 18K Custom Atelier engineer its solid Au750, Pt950, and Custom CNC watch cases?
Every monobloc case, bezel, and bracelet link is precision-machined on 5-axis Swiss CNC centers to match the exact authentic original gram mass of the manufacture reference.
Can I inspect the movement regulation and custom dial details before shipping?
Yes. Every timepiece is photographed across 6 workbench angles and accompanied by a pre-shipment 4K video on our Witschi Chronoscope and Mettler-Toledo digital gram balance.
How are bespoke wrist sizing and international logistics handled?
Our watchmakers size the bracelet or strap to your exact wrist circumference (14.0 cm to 22.0 cm), include all spare links, and dispatch via insured priority courier.
