Within 24 to 48 hours of reservation, our watchmaker records your personalized 4K QC video showing your timepiece on the Mettler-Toledo gram scale, Fischer XRF spectrometer, and Witschi timegrapher, including custom bracelet sizing to your exact wrist circumference (14.0 cm to 22.0 cm) with all removed solid links sealed inside the presentation box.
Every custom timepiece commissioned through 18K CUSTOM is CNC-machined from solid 18-Karat Gold (Au750) or 950 Platinum and documented on 4K video on a Mettler-Toledo laboratory scale and Fischer XRF spectrometer before insured dispatch.
How long does international insured delivery take from 18K CUSTOM?
Following your approval of the 4K pre-shipment QC video (prepared within 24–48 hours), priority insured express delivery takes 2 to 4 business days to the US, UK, EU, UAE, and Asia-Pacific.
Are customs duties and transit insurance included in my allocation?
Yes. All shipments from 18K CUSTOM include complimentary 100% transit insurance and bonded customs clearance so your package arrives directly at your residence or office without customs delays.
Are removed solid 18K gold bracelet links included when I request wrist sizing?
Always. When our watchmakers pre-size your bracelet to your selected wrist circumference (14.0 cm to 22.0 cm), every removed solid link and screw is sealed in a protective pouch inside your presentation coffret.
