18K CUSTOM operates under strict Swiss and European private client confidentiality standards. Client names, delivery coordinates, wrist sizing specifications, and WhatsApp 4K QC video dossiers are encrypted and used exclusively to fulfill your horological allocation and insured armored courier dispatch. We never sell, rent, or disclose client records to third-party marketing entities.
2. Non-Custodial Digital Asset & Direct Settlement Privacy
All settlements conducted via Direct Private Settlement, International Bank Wire (SWIFT / SEPA), or direct digital assets (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH) are processed through isolated private client ledgers. Upon signed courier delivery and completion of your 14-day inspection window, temporary shipping labels may be purged upon client request.
Every custom timepiece commissioned through 18K CUSTOM is CNC-machined from solid 18-Karat Gold (Au750) or 950 Platinum and documented on 4K video on a Mettler-Toledo laboratory scale and Fischer XRF spectrometer before insured dispatch.
Does 18K CUSTOM share client allocation records with any third parties?
Never. Client identity and shipping details are shared strictly with the bonded armored courier (DHL Express Vault / Malca-Amit / Brink's) for insured delivery.
Are my 4K QC scale and XRF videos kept private?
Yes. Serial-specific pre-shipment 4K QC videos are transmitted privately to your WhatsApp number (+1 305 724 0661 desk) and are never published publicly with client identifiers.
Can I request permanent deletion of my communication history after delivery?
